Trans-Siberian Art Festival 2016

Trans-Siberian Art Festival 2016
Trans-Siberian Art Festival was founded 3 years ago by Vadim Repin - a  world-famous violinist and a native of Novosibirsk.

In 2016, the festival started in March and will last till June.  All major concerts are traditionally held in Novosibirsk after which musicians proceed to other Trans-Siberian cities, such as Omsk, Krasnoyarsk and Yekaterinburg, and then to Russia's Capital Moscow. Many concerts will be held abroad - in Israel, South Korea, and Japan. Musicians will leave Russia on April 27th, and the festival will finish in Japan only on June 22nd.

This year, among the festival guests guests are violinists Pinchas Zukerman and Clara Juma Khan, pianist Daniil Trifonov, cellist Mischa Maisky, and ballerina Svetlana Zakharova.
